To announce Festival theme (feminism) for 2020 and highlight the “50/50 Vision” initiative, we created print ads and billboards where the ad space itself illustrated the unequal gender distribution in the film industry.

Message — This square takes up 4% of the ad. That's the same amount of space that female filmmakers have in Hollywood. So, half of the films we're showing this year have been directed by women. Read more about our 5050 Vision initiative at goteborgfilmfestival.se
